VISITS (PC Repair)
When we visit you, we ask a small charge of £10 to cover the
first half-hour of the visit. If we can fix your problem within
that time then there is no further charge, unless items were used
to fix the problem.
Any
items fitted to your PC will be charged at cost price, and you will
be informed before any work is carried out.
Our
labour charges are as follows:
£10 per Half Hour
£15 per Hour
e.g. one and a half hours labour would cost £25, Two Hours
labour would cost £30.

UPGRADES
Upgrades costs are calculated on the cost of parts, and the labour
estimated to install and configure your operating system after new
parts have been fitted.

PERIPHERALS
SUPPLY(e.g. Printers/scanners/cd or DVD rewriters etc)
Again cost is calculated on the cost of the peripheral and the time
taken to install the peripheral. You may install the peripheral
yourself but no guarantee will be given regarding the compatibility
of the new peripheral with your system, whereas if we install the
item, we will guarantee leaving your system in a working condition.

ADVICE
We can advise you on many different aspects of both your software,
hardware & configuration wether you are a home user or a business
user. If you want to link more than one PC together on a network
and/or a broadband link, we will be happy to visit you and discuss
your requirements - the charges for home visits
will apply.
